Learner Resources
A lesson plan and worksheets accompany each video and slideshow in the exhibit. They cover the four exhibit themes: Relations, Encounters, Legacies, and Navigation. Educators are invited to review and customize these resources based on curriculum goals, grade level, and student interests.
The following lesson plans and activities have been designed with the Grades 4, 8, & 9 Social Studies BC Curriculum in mind. The worksheets are intended for Grade 4 students, while the analysis and project prompts in the lesson plans will deepen learning for Grade 8 and 9 students.
